State Environmental Policy Act (SEPA)

The Port of Seattle completed an environmental analysis, including review of pertinent and available environmental information and preparation of a State Environmental Policy Act (SEPA) Checklist for the program’s first two phases of work (Flight Corridor Safety Program 2019). The Port of Seattle’s SEPA determination concluded that the program’s environmental impacts are not significant. View the Port’s Final SEPA Determination of Non-Significance.

Documents for this project are available here on the Port of Seattle’s SEPA/NEPA webpage:

For the next phase of work, which is expected to begin in 2023, the Port will again conduct an environmental review under SEPA guidelines.
